There are three standard sizes that are offered as diagrammed below. Should the application require a different size, we do offer custom fabrication sizes from 4” x 4” to 42” x 42” as well as metal thicknesses between 1/16” and 3/8”.

Note: 24"x28" are made to order only.

Note: 8"x12" are only available in standard mount.

Standard Mount (S)

¾” x ¾” Bevel

The Standard Mount is used when there are no requirements for routing between the bracket and the mount on the wall.

NOTE: 8”x12” are only available in the Standard Mount.

Wire Management (W)

2” x 2” Knockouts

Wire Management Mount – This cutout is beneficial for routing wire underneath the mounting surface for a clean installation.

Cleat Mount (C)

(2) 1” x 3” Knockouts

Plywood Cleat Mount – Plywood Cleat is used for table top support clearance to provide stability of the table top material.

Foot Mounted (F)

In addition to our custom brackets, we offer a customizable foot-mounted bracket which can be used for 1/2 wall or non-structural wall applications.

Fastening

The brackets are made out of 1/8” steel and can handle 1,000 lbs. The final weight limit will depend on the fasteners you choose and surface being supported. These brackets have been used in many different applications and have been mounted on wood and steel studs as well as cinder block and concrete walls. Your wall studding will determine which fasteners to use. It is important to use quality fasteners, which can be recommended by a local contractor or the service center of your local hardware store.

Brackets are powder coated to give a clean professional finish. The list below contains our standard colors; however we can provide custom color matching. Paint chip samples are available upon request.
